FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Do you take my insurance?
A. We are in-network with several insurance companies. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company for individual coverage. We do file the insurance claims with each company.
Q. Do I need a referral?
A. No. Anyone 11 or older can choose to enroll in our educational programs. Anyone 17 or older can enter our treatment programs. Insights will allow all students to attend educational instruction.
Q: Can I sign in another adult for treatment?
A: No. The client must make his or her own appointment. Insights is comfortable working with courts and individual clients that have authorized monitoring compliance.
Q: I want to check on one of your clients. Can you tell me how he is doing in your program?
A: We can only share information with individuals who have been authorized by the client on a written consent form consent form.
Q: I cannot make it to group tonight. What is going to happen?
A: It will be considered an absence unless you provide written documentation from a doctor or your employer stating that you are unable to make the group meeting. If you have three consecutive unexcused absences, you will be dismissed from the program.
Q. I've been dismissed from the program. Will my fee be refunded?
A. No. Since services were rendered and the agreement is clear, no money is refunded.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money orders and cashier's checks. We do not accept personal checks or American Express.
Q. Do you counsel children?
A. We only provide services for individuals 17 and older.
Q. How do I make an appointment?
A. Call 803-750-8444. We make appointments for the main office and satellite office at this number.
