This 10-week group program emphasizes the importance of personal responsibility for one's behavior. This program uses an approach proven to initiate change in a person's thinking and behavior. Research confirms that this approach (CBT) works.

The therapist leads the group in learning temper and behavior management strategies. Being able to identify the thinking that leads to anger, and the interventions that promote healthy anger management are ultimate goals of the program. 

Classes meet every Thursday 6-7:30 p.m. and are held at the Main Office. See the calendar for the next series.
